At Teyvat Tavern, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our tavern artisans inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
